Not planning on moving soon. But if I were it would probably be somewhere in FL or in the south. Not really politically motivated to live anywhere in particular, just prefer the weather and being near the ocean. Cost of living and food also play a role.

They may not prorate the rent. I work for a wireless provider that does not prorate a bill for unused services if a customer ports their service in the middle of a billing cycle. Different industry, of course, but may have similar regulations for billing.

Harter House on Sunshine usually has wagyu from a local ranch. I’ve never gotten it because it’s frozen and their regular meats are as good as it gets.

Republic Services just started charging us an extra $30 environmental bullshit fee. We pay more than $100 for three months now. Fuck them. We just didn’t pay the last bill and will let our trash accumulate until we get new service next week.
