Being employed in the chemical industry, I'm very annoyed when articles fail to include what chemical infrastructure produces.
It looks like this one produced a lot of nitrogen fertilizers, some basic 1- and 2-carbon commodity chemicals, and VAM at least. Some other sources are suggesting other commodity chemicals precursors such as caprolactam
It appears the Cherkasy plant makes caprolactam, not Sievierodonetsk

He insulated it, got a log burner working, and added a kitchen and he's just opened it to the public in 2022 after plans to convert it to a café in 2020 were delayed. (links in comments) by whatatwit
