Go to the gym and lift weights. I cannot reccomend this enough.

Results happen reasonably quickly.
The opposite sex will be more attracted to you.
It gives you purpose.
You will feel a sense of accomplishment.
It will create structure.
You will start thinking about what you eat.
It's reasonably cheap.
It will prompt you to drink less.
