Because owning a house is just more than a mortgage for Maitnenance of everything. I’m a single person paying $2k in rent, if i was to buy a property that has a $2k mortgage it will 100% need work on it in my area. I’m lazy my dad busted my ass in back yard growing up , I’m done doing lawn work anymore, for me to take care of a whole house and lawn by myself would be too much for me honestly my apartment is good enough if I buy I’d buy to rent out and not to live in

My apartment has a little gym inside I go to time to time but weights only go up to only 50lb free weight in 10 lb increments, there’s no bench, only a cable machine and no other workout machine. So very limited. I can do cardio outside if I want but I really don’t do it much because i used to run track and be skinny I’m all about gaining muscle now

I go to a small local gym, ever since they got a new owner he has way too many people for how small it is and it’s ridiculous. I work a 9-5 impossible for me not to go at peak hours

No I never been to a gym that isn’t insanely packed with people, Nj does need more gyms

Idk about clean the one by me smells like absolute shit due to the people who go there not showering and having zero gym etiquette. Also it gets so damn crowded constantly waiting on everything gets annoying. Any small local gym (few and far in between now a days) are your best bet but again their prices might scare you away
