I agree. You only need to divide if the dimmer didn’t explicitly say for LED. Divide by 10 is a quick and dirty conservative way of converting incandescent rating to LED rating.

Dishwasher itself doesn’t require a GFCI. Only the receptacle does. If it’s hardwired, no GFCI is needed.

Are you describing GU10 light bulbs? They make GU10 smart light bulbs.
I suspect they only ran one hot wire from the switch to the fan/light.
