I can't speak about M50x as I have never heard them, but with my Edition XS I found that they sound best on mid-gain at 9-10 o' clock on the volume dial on my Topping A30 pro in balanced mode.

Looked up the software mentioned myself and Audiophile Optimizer does exists but all that came up for "Lemonade Elite 61" were a few energy drinks.

I had deformed pads on Aeon 2 Closed as well but yours look worse, sorry.
