Good luck when you try to meet your friends at the Starbucks, when there are 3 at the same mall.

Thanks for the answer. I hadn't thought so much about materials. In theory, could wood be used a lot more than it is? I know nothing, yet seems strange why timber can be so expensive.

Reply to comment by Claudia-Delgado-LCSW in I’m Online Therapist, Claudia Delgado, LCSW. I work with Women that are having an Affair - Emotional or Physical. AMA. by Claudia-Delgado-LCSW
Thank you for your answer. Could I be cheeky (this is a British idiom) and ask you to expand your answers slightly?
- Do you mean, grief and loss meaning that the woman feels grief over her actions? Or loss in the sense that their main relationship isn't working out? I'm afraid I don't quite understand the answer.
- Do you ever tell the client: "leave partner X and get with affair partner Y?" I am of the belief that relationships during/following abusive ones may generally be better, but usually are not sustainable. However, I'm far from expert!

Thanks for this.
- What's something surprising about your role that most people probably wouldn't think of?
- At times, do you think the affair relationship the woman is having is healthier than their 'legit' one?

What's your stand of nature vs nurture? Meaning, I hear all sorts of anecdotal cases about couples who struggle because they're busy working and thus appear completely infertile, change their lifestyle and boom, she's pregnant.
Of course, I know you work on evidence, but to what extent does having an excessively busy life affect your fertility? And do you ever advise clients to take a step back, before going for fertility treatments?

What role do demographics play in dating? For example, I once lived in city that was statistically full of one gender. Moved to another country and city, and dating got a whole lot easier.

I have terrible digestion, always have. I nowadays eat more soup, which helps, but the only thing that really seemed to cure it was a chinese restaurant soup, in a country I lived in years ago.
I couldn't tell you the recipe or ingredients, only that it involved stuff like sea weed and fungus. Are there some things I can eat that would help my presumably poor gut health? Appreciate this isn't medical advice, more lifestyle pointers!

Is a lot of mental health advice for people who really need it over-rated / not useful, purely in the sense that if you are say, in an abusive relationship, all your self-care will likely be undone by staying in that relationship?
I say this after doing lots of work on my mental health - and realising I needed to kick the bigger problems to enjoy better mental health, if that makes any sense?

To add to this, should we focus more on the small things? It seems people focus too much on stuff that most of us spend very little of our time doing, like air travel, and not things we do lots.
