Guitar strings get super gross and less effective after a pretty short time. If you actually practiced or played gigs l, you’re supposed to change them like every month. Bass strings last much longer but guitar strings do not. If you’re playing enough to work all the varnish off your neck board like this, then you sure is shit are playing it enough to change your strings on the reg.
