Might be good to give an actual budget you have. This way people don’t guess and you’ll get more detailed responses. “Good Price” on things that can range from $50-15000+ can mean different things to different people.

Another vote for Bagel Gourmet. I’ve been going to them since 1997/8. Consistent quality as far as bagels go and friendly staff. They are also one of the few to do salt bagels which are a low key favorite of mine.

There are A LOT of new people here (first/new house, first/new apartment), which is why OPs post is useful. Just because you’ve lived in a cold state doesn’t necessarily mean you know or understand utility billing. I do understand that there are those that are just venting about the increased costs as well.

Learn to layer, it’s almost as important as what you’re wearing. I can usually wear just a hoodie down to 20’s depending on length of time being outside when layering properly. Also, I have multiple jackets casual and “dress”. I’d take a ride to Burlington coat factory or somewhere similar and try on as many different jackets you can to try and find what you like and “fits you.

As it’s been suggested many times before, get a realtor. They will be able to search and find things you may miss or not even aware are available.

Just a suggestion, tell people what you like to do. “Boring” is a general term and what one person sees as boring, another may see as fun. Is there something you e done and liked around there? If so let people know, that way they may suggest similar, but different things.
