Mark Fisher.

Basically any of his writing on music, "The Weird and The Eerie" is amazing although it also delves into movies/series.

If you're in the mood for digging his blog www.k-punk.org is a treasure trove.

The book "K-punk" is a collection of his writings published posthumously and it contains a lot of his writing on music.
