That is literally their job. They are doing their job if you parked in the wrong spot or did something incorrect according to city rules.

You just posted the same thing on r/Brookline. You should just enjoy your favorite city and not criticize others for their choice in living location. You know nothing about why they chose to live where they live. I don’t get the point of these posts.
