Not a dinner, and hoping to give her a gift card for somewhere she hasn't tried. Think romantic dinner with her husband who isn't gluten free.

My sister LOVES that place and we always get her cakes from there for her birthday.

Yes, I did. I get hits for restaurants like Smack, which I know about. I'm not looking for restaurants that necessarily market themselves as gluten free. I'm looking for fancy restaurants that people with celiac/gluten sensitivity have enjoyed that are also high end.
Senza gluten is not necessarily ideal. Her husband isn't gluten free and she's already been there.
There's no need to be rude.

Yes, I'm aware of celiac vs. gluten sensitivity. She doesn't have celiac. If a restaurant lists the meal as gluten free, she is comfortable with it.
Incredible how rude you are. Just scroll by if you find the post irritating. In DC, people ask for restaurant recommendations all the time on Reddit and no one has a conniption about it.
