I mean, it's been a long time coming. They've basically tried to make YJ an entire DC universe show since season 2, have shoved way too many characters in there.

Pretty sure the Kickstarter only funded like one or two episodes, the rest was entirely Amazon.

It's definitely way more of an Amazon original than, say, Arcane is for Netflix.

But I really don't have issues with either being referred to as such.

Eh. I think YJ has run its course, I'd rather a new show.

Not that I don't like YJ or the past two seasons, though I do have some complaints... But I'd rather a chance at something new vs continuing on as it has been.

Well that's a broad statement...

Personally, I still talk about it at work sometimes, with coworkers who didn't follow it as it released but are watching now.

This is disappointing, it's the only CW show I still watch.

Still, at least they knew enough ahead of time so they could write a proper finale.

Also, now that I'm thinking about this more, it seems kinda odd that they knew beforehand. I definitely got the impression from the past two episodes that they were planning on multiple spin offs - a shade/jade/obsidian show, and an infinity Inc show.

Not gonna try and say it isn't a red flag, but for a CW show... I'm really loving Star Girl, and have since it came out. And it does the Green Lantern effects really well, IMO.
