For me the physical books are for my personal library I've always wanted to own. What I never really thought of was what happens after I die and where do my books go but reading Diary of a bookseller really changed my mind on this massive library I once wanted to own. My dream will end up being someone else's burden (probably my kids). So I'll just stick with the small little library I own and keep reading digital.

Reply to "The Bell Jar" by Sylvia Plath by salon_i
One of my favourite books I've read this year. It's strange some of the online reviews I read before really painted her and this book in negative light, saying she wasn't talented and she only got a book deal because of connections. I am glad I didn't listen to the haters because I absolutely loved her writing style and story telling. I wish we got more stories from her and it felt too real to me sometimes and like you it validated my own experience with suicidal depression. She was just born too early in a time when doctors had no idea how to deal with it and it's a shame we lost her over it.

Currently reading grapes of wrath by Steinbeck and wow his characters are so unique. I can't say I like many of them, but can understand their issues.

Reply to Sometimes I panic by 300Kup
There are way more scary deaths that our universe could suffer like the big rip. I mean if you really have panic attacks over thoughts like this you probably should see a therapist. There is absolutely nothing anyone or thing can do so no point in worrying about it.
