>Citalopram
I haven't tried Citalopram specifically, but I've tried Lexapro, Prozac, Wellbutrin and Paroxetine. SSRIs make me feel decent for a few days until they really kick in, and then they just completely destroy my energy and what little motivation I have (even at low doses). Wellbutrin worked for about 2 weeks and then just made me really tired.

I do have a therepist I see weekly, and I've been extremely depressed in the past, but I've been "good" for awhile, and I've never found a medication that improves the lack of motivation and general pleasure. Seems like this is just how I am.

I see people claim people are constantly buying new flagships but I’ve literally never seen it. Everyone I know buys a flagship and keeps it for 2-3 years at least. If you’re intelligent about taking advantage of trade in offers you can get a new flagship every couple years for a few hundred or less.
I moved from an iPhone XR to an iPhone 13 for free… and I’ll probably be able to do that again (or close enough) when I move to an iPhone 15/16 in a few years.

That's always the problem with these. It's low-end hardware that only a select few reddit nerds want, and it's only ~$180 while a screen replacement for it is $54 +tax/shipping which puts it around $70 all in, which is ~40% of the price of a new G22....
It's nice to see repairability, but I really don't think it matters until it comes to flagship phones that people actually consider valuable enough to bother repairing.

If I smoke regularly for more than a week or two it can move my usual mild depression into suicidal territory. I also get really severe weeks long insomnia whenever I stop using it.
Finally had to swear off it completely.

Pretty shit tbh, I've always struggled with weight and eating healthy, plus I have several other conditions that aren't particularly serious, but do impact my daily functioning and mood. I've lost some serious weight in the past (almost 100lbs), but I always gain it back. It feels impossible for me to sustain anything long term.
