Oh lord. As far as the person posting the question, its all eastern Washington. Subgroupings are irrelevant to the context of the question.

Everything east of the cascades is eastern Washington. And in relation to the population in those areas, yes it is. I think Yakima is 50%.

Looks great and a good refresher. There was a museum i went to that had a bunch of cameras that showed how they evolved over time. Pretty interesting.

White Pass highway (SR 12) between Yakima and Mt Rainier is the most scenic route in my opinion. Should be clear of snow by then. Steptoe Butte in Whitman County. Pioneer Park in Walla Walla.

Obviously different where you are. Benton, Franklin, Walla Walla, Yakima, Grant, and Chelan have large Hispanic populations and small business owners.

Seems like it might be interesting (I am an amateur photographer and history buff), but it won't let me scroll and read without creating an account and I dont really want to do that.

I would check with your local utility company if you are really interested. They will know all the rules and costs and probably know the right installers.

Probably going to come down to a judgment call by the HR department. And what the arrest was for...charge dismissed does not necessarily mean not guilty.

Unless there was a conviction there won't be anything to show up on a standard background check. They might find something if they search social media for newspaper reports for arrests. Does Microsoft do that on a routine basis? I dont know.

The current flag is at least unique because it's green. But I would vote for leaving it alone since things like that cost a bunch of money to implement, e.g. buying new flags for every school and governmental agency in the state, plus all the bureaucracy to create it. We could use that money elsewhere.

Depends on what part of the state. Here in the Columbia Basin you'll have spring asparagus harvest. Summer wheat harvest. Fall wine grapes, corn, and orchard fruit harvest.

Reply to comment by 1flyNOVAguy in What's the cheapest long-term care insurance that qualifies for the Washington state long-term care payroll tax exemption? by Franck_Dernoncourt
Thats a pretty good price. What I'm going to end up paying with the payroll deduction is something like $65 a month. Because I make a little more, I pay more. Which I think is bs because the health care I would receive doesn't cost any more for me than someone that pays less than me. That's another flaw in this plan. It should be a flat rate. Also I'll never see it because I'll retire before its funded and they still haven't fixed that.
