Right? Dogs have been around for a very long time, but Fritos have been around for a very short time.

No reason you can't still enjoy it. Just don't like his/her paws.

No clue what you're talking about. My wife has been commenting about how much her Chihuahuas have smelled like corn chips for the length of time we have been together (14 years).
But, I'll be sure to look out for that video. I am a science guy, and I am sure I would love it.

My wife has owned 3 Chihuahuas over the 14 or so years we have been together/married and they always have a strong scent of corn chips around their paws.

I don't know if it's strange, but a coincidence all the same.

No, it was a conversation I have had with my wife for years now. It was just today that finally looked up why.

Personally, I think there are MANY people who stiff their dogs. Typically, smaller dogs like Dachshunds, Chihuahuas, even Corgis.
The whole reason for this post was my wife talking about how her Chihuahua smells like corn chips. I wanted to know why, and I found out.

Is it that the bacteria smells like Fritos? Or is it that Fritos smell that the bacteria?
Think about it, dogs have been around a long time, Fritos have been around a relatively short amount of time.
