It's also a misconception that UPMC makes a lot of money and is non profit. Their hospital division is non profit and does struggle to make ends meet. Their insurance division is for profit and generates a boatload of money.
Insurers are the real benefactors of healthcare in the US.

I have not encountered this problem myself. I do have a note on my fridge of the only 24/7 vet that I know of that's in the south hills. Perhaps they could help or at least refer you to someone at this hour that could.

Not that significant of a problem. They do monitor it in the medical field but it can be easily corrected if it's off at all.
