No, there is no direct train from Baltimore station to Martinsburg station. However, there are services departing from Baltimore Penn Station and arriving at Martinsburg Amtrak Station via Washington Union Station.Jan 18, 2023

Maryland Rail Commuter (MARC) train service operates Monday through Friday between Martinsburg, WV and Washington, DC. The West Virginia State Rail Authority maintains stations at Harpers Ferry and Duffields.
