You are not wrong. Also an SPS staff and have been for a while. I’m racking my brain trying to think of the right person to contact to keep you from getting yourself in hot water. This is more complicated than most realize.

My Hispanic students tell me that’s the absolute best place in town to go. I believe them!

If you can afford it, a 20% down payment will secure you a good rate with most banks and you can avoid PMI (additional required fees for not having enough equity.) I suggest making that a priority when you consider what house you can afford. (I’ve bought 4 different houses in Springfield over the past 20 years and played the market well and safely enough, enough times, to roll a 20k down payment into 200k in equity today.)

If you park at the Lake Springfield boathouse, there’s a walking trail that goes up to a beautiful overlook of the lake. It’s not even a 5 minute walk (but all up), and one of my favorite views in town.

I love Cottage Consignments on Glenstone. They have really high quality pieces come by because they are selective. They move inventory fast so follow on fb to see weekly posts.

Reply to Perceptions of Drury by Haidian-District
I went to Drury and I know in some circles it is somewhat prestigious. I’ve been on hiring groups in education and we regularly hire Drury graduates knowing they’ve had a solid education and experience preparing them for the job.

Uptown cheapskate will give you cash. It’s super low rates but very fast and easy.

Niji on Lone Pine (Galloway Village area) has really neat drinks, but the sushi was garbage both times I've tried it. For sushi - Mijuri is my favorite, but now it's closing. For fast food cheap general chicken - I will never turn down Yum Yum Bowl. It's a total hole in the wall on Battlefield and has never failed me in 10+ years of eating it.

“Simply call or text 417-319-2901, 24 hours a day, with safety concerns.” - SPS Tip Line. It’s calling school police so I’m sure they have caller ID, but your report / concern could probably be considered anonymous? Man, I hate this whole situation for you.
