I like krytox 205 for stabs and switches. It's a perfect lube for that. But I personally like to go thicker on the wire, Id use a dielectric grease like the one you posted just on the wire and no where else.

I lubed my first board with this. It was a mistake. It still works and it sounds good but there is like a weird sticky resistance feel in the switch. I still use it for stabs on cheap builds but over all just stay away from it. This stuff does however work very well around the house for door hinges, cabinet rails, I just used it on my clothes dryer to remove a bad squeak. Amazing for things like that, not so much on keyboards.

Reply to Swollen battery. Any ideas on how I can remove it from the case without bursting it? It looks like it's glued to the case. by Vazh93
Wear gloves & eye protection if you're worried about it. Definitely don't use metal tools. I would just pull it off, I've never had issues ripping these out of phones or tables. The glue is normally not that strong. After it's removed keep it away from water and sharp objects.

3 sliders is more than I could personally use.. I think I would prefer 2 sliders and 3 or more rotary for video and photo editing. But I would probably support this project as is.

Admitting it is the first step, the first step to spending thousands on a single build. Once you realize you have a problem just run with it.

I think so, but I'm seeing a trend now for south facing One of the projects I'm waiting for just randomly did redesign for them to face South. Other than my GMMK pro all my other boards have them north. I personally don't have a preference since I don't care much for LED.

Just once. Its not like a car, after you lube them it should last the life of the keyboard.
