149 to 4 from glens falls exit is how I would go for Rutland.

I have done 149 to 4 in a snowstorm and it was doable but very slow going. Hardest part is getting over the top of Killington

Yes, and I am saying one plausible reason Montana doesn't have at will employment is that it is also not a right-to-work state. As in a political trade-off.
