I’ll correct myself. Acknowledging that *Newark does in fact have BBQ ≠ saying other states not known for pizza have good pizza.

There’s multiple kinds of BBQ. By definition, cooking over an open flame IS considered BBQ. “…cooked out of doors on a rack over an open fire or on a portable grill.” So. 😂

Slow cooking isn’t BBQ. BBQ is using a grill or otherwise open flame. 😂
