Yeah report their asses to your postmaster. In the US it's illegal to open another's mail, and even more illegal to damage it in any way on top of it.

I strongly recommend the CCA CRAs if you want more bass out of an ultra budget IEM. This price point is really difficult to get bass out of because of the bill of materials being much lower.
If you want more bass, you kinda have to go to the $30-50 range. The Blon BL3 might be what you are looking for, as it has much less treble and treble extension.
I would also highly recommend learning how to use EQ software, as it lets you tweak how your IEM sounds.

I would highly recommend The Guild of Ambiance if you want crazy good ambiance stuff. It is YouTube/Spotify compression, but they do have a Patreon for higher end audio.
