I never used it, I can trust Firefox from years of using it and then that story about brave hijacking links broke and although I'm sure it's fixed now the privacy aspect still concerns me

Install firefox from the play store and then install the add-ons from the Firefox site

Firefox does this. Plus it has support for ublock origin on desktop and android.

For Android you need an extension but it works fine
