I went to a spa once and they served a small plate of ritz crackers with cheese and green and red grapes. Cheap and simple but it was refreshing af. The sweet fruit really complemented the whole plate.

OooOo… I have a lovely jar of Turkey fat I just rendered while making stock with the thanksgiving bird. This might be a great way to use some of it.
