The building has 255,000 sq ft and it comes to $745 per sq ft. Actually cheap for Manhattan where median price for a building is $1,450/sq ft. Add on the $100 million restoration costs and you're still in the ballpark of Manhattan real estate at $1,135.

Was this done with actual watercolor on paper, and then you scanned the different layers in to photoshop? Or was it digital watercolor?

This is Putin's worst nightmare.
He illegally invaded Ukraine because he thought having a democratic and western aligned nation on his border was bad for his authoritarian autocratic regime. Now he's got Finland which is going to be a NATO member and it's a more democratic and independent nation, and its border with Russia is more than twice as long and than Russia's border with Ukraine.
