You're of course right. My comment was cutting pretty short for the sake of catchiness. And as it was mentioned as well coming on top of your points is the really undemocratic way this change was pushed through, bypassing the Parlament. This all makes for a very explosive mixture.
I'm sorry if it seamed that I do not take this seriously enough. This was not my intention.

Okay, the increase of retirement age was bad but THIS MEANS WAR!

I heard you have a right to work.

And remember that's "just" for increasing the pension age from 62 to 64. No I ask myself what such a society would do then facing the dire situation of workers rights in the US.

Tbh I didn't know this! Thanks for the info. But I also think we're doing a pretty good work regarding the Third Reich but sadly not when it comes to our colonial time. There is a lot to do.

This whole story from German colonialism over the genocide on the people living there to eugenics is just one long row of our darkest moments. Sadly especially the first parts, how we behaved in Africa and committed a genozide long before any nazi rose to power is still not acknowledged accordingly. There is still so much to do and so much awareness we must create. I hope that sometimes we can work on this part of our history like we are on the nazi rule.
I hope whoever poor soul had to face such cruelty can find peace. And thag those remains still undiscovered or even in some museum will be given back or at least buried accordingly as well.

Yet it would be better if they just use something different for a bit of change and not dioxin again...

Ah, must be fake news... The company which let the train derail in the first place said everything is fine!

I wanted to come here and think of a cynical oneliner to throw in, but what should you write to such a horrible news. I just feel... sad. Wrong. And with every such news just more and more angry...

This is of course a very big factor. My comment was cutting very short for the sake of catchiness. But pushing such a reform around the Parlament makes for a highly explosive mixture.
