There are a LOT of places, even in wealthy countries, with absolutely abysmal internet service (Australia and USA come to mind)

What happend with Cannibal Holocaust was actually a crime (animal cruelty) so arrests were made. Human Centipede was just an over the top, gross horror movie (I thought the whole thing, from premise to execution, was hilarious in how bad and unserious it was) where no humans or animals were actually harmed in the process. So what exactly do you want banned? Bad writing? Gross effects? Ideas you personally find detestable?
