Really relatable, expectations are very realistic. It's an "employee-owned company," and they put in a lot of effort to take care of us. Music at your workstation is fine, just no earbuds (safety). There's a lot of chatting on the floor, for me coming from retail lumber the difference in pace was a shock.

My division works 6:30-3 M-F. Saturdays are possible, but in the last year, production didn't work any that I know of and warehouse only worked 2 halfdays on saturdays for inventory prep.

SRC Heavy Duty East (SRC Whole Goods) has two openings for production assembly and production engineer, and will likely have one position for warehouse stock keeper soon (because I'm getting promoted). Best place I've ever worked, really could not recommend it more. Sign on bonus is still at $1K.
