Edison, fords, i think they got metropark too. Any. They’re all the same. ~1800 i think.

Eh it’s ok. Don’t take the first floor. It’s like half basement so natural light is pretty limited. Otherwise, livable.

Neighbors are 50/50. Some are nice, some are jackasses. But overall, it’s alright. Good bang for a buck.

Fords is nicer. They got clubhouse, summer pool etc.

Just beware. It’s one of few “very pet friendly” places in the area. So tons and tons and tons of dogs. All kinds. From large to small to tiny.

Take a look at “the crossings”. Their apts aren’t THAT good, but rent is very cheap compared to the rest of the area.

They finally got a decent manager so things seem to be going in the right direction now.

If you put AYR, Zen Lead and Apothecarium next to each other, assuming Kind Tree is higher quality than the other two.

You’d go to apothecarium unless the other two would either offer better prices OR better quality than Kind Tree/Cookies. Ayr and Zen would be forced to either drop prices or improve their quality.

Now when selection of dispos are very minimal, you go to either the one thats closest to You, or the one thats reasonably close but sells cheaper.

But knowing NJ and that those 4 co’s run the scene, you’d have price fixing. (Which is what’s happening now.)

That came out way more passive aggressive than i thought it would.

Creates more competition, which in turn THEORETICALLY should lower prices, increase product quality and force those dispos to sell quality stuff, otherwise your potential customer will just go next door who’ll sell it for better price and better quality.

Or dedicate a failing industrial, commercial area to be redone as “weed” mall. I.e like santa Ana in CA does. Most of dispos are in one industrial area.

Instead of putting a strip mall on route 27 that will fail, put a large parking lot with 3 dispos next to each other.

Ask em to let you know once they pass immigration (if international arrival) and are waiting for luggage.

If you live 30-45min away, once they pass immigration, you’ll arrive maybe 5-10mins after they walk out. So 5-10min wait for them is nothing. They are not “rushed” out of their spots. Meanwhile you’ll get yelled at if you don’t move out of the spot for 3mins.

As others said, pick em up at DEPARTURE levels, not arrivals. DO NOT go level 1 for B. If you end up couple mins early (i.e. they are walking out with baggage but not outside yet, make another loop around the airport and go back).

Also i always ask to wait for me either at the end or at the beginning of that sidewalk. Usually less traffic and you can GTFO without 174017491 cars blocking you and honking at you.
