The Late Bloomer? About a sex therapist who has a brain tumor removed and finally goes through puberty at 30 and falls for his neighbor. That’s what your description made me think of.

I don’t think the movie deserves the hate it gets, but it definitely wasn’t great. If you like Green Lantern, I’m sure you’ll still enjoy the movie though.
