On a Saturday, doors usually open at 11. Dining room is full by 11:30-12, and after 12, there's a line. It's a pretty quick turnover for the lunch hour and getting takeout usually takes about 45 minutes at that time.
Past 3, line wait times can be an hour or more depending on the flow of people, and if a random bus of 30 people stops in which doesn't happen often, but more often than one would think.
Basically, if you can wait an hr for a seat, you're good.
