Im trying to post the footage but I dont see a button to allow me to upload the file. Im using mobile version. Maybe thats why?

I know theres a certain amount rule for it to be considered a felony. I think if its like under $50 its just a misdemeanor but regardless I did file the police report and mentioned that I did get the CCTV footage for one of the days the package was taken.
