Tbh it sounds like you havenât driven much at all, and I think youâre gonna have a bad time in the city (even in Brooklyn). Left turns make you nervous? Go for the driving lesson.
As far as getting gas, thatâs pretty easy lol donât worry about that.

You can totally decide to move based on whatever reasoning you want.
But you just ranted about how you got scared by a guy wearing a hood and now youâre ready to leave

Ok.
- If youâre scared all the time, Iâm sorry, but thatâs a you problem. When was the last time a crime was committed against you? I donât mean to minimize an experience that you may have had, if youâve had one, but if you havenât, come on.
Also since when is a dude with a hood up in winter suspicious? What did you leave out
- I will admit its a little funny that he also looked back and was able to catch you looking back. Maybe he thought /you/ were suspicious
You got called out on your racism by another New Yorker.

I mean they really did it to keep the homeless out. But yeah no place to sit while you wait for your train and it sucks

Itâs beautiful inside but horribly designed for people. There is literally no place to sit. On purpose.

New Yorker here. Itâs frequently delayed a few days for me, but I always get charged.

IMO the best thing a smoker (cigs, weed, whatever) can do is plant by a fire hydrant in the middle of a block.
Theyâre close to the street (or in the street). Theyâre not moving around so the smoke doesnât follow you.
Given that itâs not allowed to smoke in parks, I feel like thatâs the best people can do â but that still sucks for non smokers walking past.

Reply to đ New App in Development to Make NYC Street Parking Stress-Free - Looking for Feedback by zach_sm1th
If 10 people on my block in the west village sign up, will you have 5 drivers ready to âmoveâ cars Monday morning (assuming half are on the Monday side, half on Tuesday side). If not, some of those are gonna get ticketed. Thereâs not a place to move the car to, so, you gotta just hang around and have one driver per car for when the parking enforcement shows up (and, ideally, when the sweeper shows up, but I guess thatâs âless importantâ if Iâm using your service). Basically, I am skeptical that you can scale this service. But good luck to you!
