Good to know! I’ve got friends in Baltimore and were planning on going this summer just for the aquarium. We’ll have to do both!

Oh sweet, I starred them both in google maps to keep in mind for future road trips. Most of my team is in the indy area and the ones with kids rave about their museum but I assumed it was local bias

Check out the Strong Museum of Play up in Rochester if you've never been. We took our toddler back in september, and it was incredible. It's also massive, and the top floor has a museum of toys and video games which was awesome for the adults

That's wild. I'm up here in the exurbs, but I have the opposite experience (first energy for electric, peoples gas). Our electric bill it typically around $200-250 per month (we have an EV and drive about 1500 miles a month, plus tons of electronics, servers, etc., that never get shut off).
Our gas bill was just over $100 for december-into-january, even with gas heat. I think our electronics all just generate enough heat to keep the house warm enough haha.
Also 1800sqft, two adults one toddler

That’s great in theory but there’s a reason people don’t go to the movies at those times: we work

Haha yeah, there's plenty of horror stories all around. Thankfully at least so far all of our issues have been suuuuuuper minor.

I have no idea honestly. I live in a pandemic-built Ryan Homes house so i assumed it would be awful. Our electric bill is typically around $250 per month though if that helps (although I drive an EV which causes about $70 of that)

I love having them standard in my car. I haven't needed the footage yet, but I've had plenty of close calls and every time I'm happy I had the cameras if needed

Right there with you. My one year old doesn’t care what time it is. All I know is I’ll be woken up at “5am” tomorrow instead of “6am”. And my wife’s out of town on a work trip so I’m on my own.

Yeah we hit one right before thanksgiving last year and it was around new years that we got it back. Geico were refusing to pay for OEM parts and wanted to use crappy third parties (according to my body shop), so that added a lot of time too. And then they took forever to pay him, so I almost had to pay out of pocket. Switched insurance companies after that
