I had a PA license and just had to submit proof of completing a comparable licensure program and then take the MTEL (our version of the Praxis/state licensure test).
ETA: not sure if Jersey does this but everyone has to pass the ESL MTEL no matter what your certification.

My advice is stay away from charters period. You could easily burn out in a couple years.

I would say take the commuter rail from Swampscott or Beverly. Also as someone else said consider trying to eat outside of Salem- maybe pack a lunch and some snacks, and eat dinner elsewhere? Beverly has tons of good restaurants and so does Lynn.

Yup I remember working in Kendall square that winter and the Charles was frozen. I would much rather have one short ultra cold snap than weeks of sub 20 with single digit windchills
