Certification is a money making business. It makes money, that doesn't mean it does anything else of value. It's a middleman industry.

But still, don't destroy greenspace to add solar. Farmland is different. The greenspace there is already disturbed.

You'd have to save up for months to be able to afford to move if you were making less. And what would you get? Florida!?
