You can absolutely get good deals on CL but that sounds scammy. Don’t sign or pay anything without seeing it and talking to the actual landlord.

There are tons of townhomes being built all over DC…? Tearing down many old rowhouses or SFHs to build higher density, more modern townhouses. It’s not just the suburbs at all.
