Do it. I’ve been getting more into candy making. Combining this with caramel in the future for 🐢 fudge

The top comment. I changed some things based on my own tastes (and being at altitude) and halved it. But pretty close nonetheless.

Yes. Also, I ate way too much of the trimmings 😅 (cut into squares and individually wrapped for thanksgiving)

I’m still learning about candy making at altitude so it was a touch on the soft side but I honestly prefer fudge that way. Just barely toothsome and then melts - no grittiness at all. Will be making again! And of course! Randomly stumbled upon it and was glad to see how great it turned out.
