Im pretty sure NJ passed a similar law a while back, i don't really think it's enforced tho. Along with dogs out the window, I cringe when people drive with dogs in their lap, dog gets spooked and suddenly your hands are off the wheel or the dog is on the gas pedal.

My workplace spent several months figuring out where to get the best croissants, at the behest of our French president. This was the winner.

Maybe? I really really didn't like season 1 but season 2, while still being more Gossip Girl than Jane Austen, at least had some Pride and Prejudice vibes and seems to use its fantasy England setting more appropriately.

I live at porter square and can confirm my black Subaru Impreza is usually parked between two other black Impreza or a prius. Obama 2008 or Coexist bumper stickers are optional.

Lol there is a Wikipedia for a "Pittsburgh/Boston Left" describing an informal right of way. Its one thing if someone pitties you and waves ya through but I hate it when people just fucking go for it.

I only remember pseudo incest in the original. Like Dan and Serena had a shared half sibling.

The Patient felt like an actual Jewish story because there is actual cultural tension between Orthodox and Reform/Conservative jews and it added meaning to the main story. Transparent is probably the most Reform Jewish show ever. Admittedly Mrs.Maisel doesn't hit right for me- sure she talks a lot about making briskets, but her complete obliviousness to civil rights or like hiring/housing discrimination in the 1960s drives me nuts!

Reply to comment by cippopotomas in Unpopular opinion: Arcane is the greatest video game-based tv show of all time by Sorry_Village13
I really enjoyed Castlevania and the third season, especially, was fairly unique for TV and especially animation. Not perfectly executed but interesting. Great to see since adult drama animation is still rare in the west.
Arcane didn't do much for me, but I really don't enjoy long prologues. I think if it had started at episode 5, i would have liked it a lot more. Theres enough context clues about character relationships and word building that the prologue episodes feel unnecessary.
