I just went through car shopping and CarMax’s prices, at least at the one in Waterbury, were thousands of dollars more than other places for comparable vehicles.

I’ve bought from J&M and had a great experience, even when my credit was less than stellar.

Used to work in New Haven hotels - it won’t be too bad if your venue has parking, that’s by far the biggest hurdle! I’d look at some of the hotels in Milford/Orange/Branford for blocks - otherwise you’re gonna see some insane rates in New Haven proper. Let your vendors and guests know to plan for some other traffic, and book your rehearsal dinner venue soon! Let me know if you have any other questions & need help navigating. Congratulations!!

Reply to Connecticut Children's wants to spend $47 million on a parking garage in a city awash with parking by bomgd3
Anecdotal but I had to take my baby there (for a relatively stressful ordeal) and parking was a nightmare. Garages were full, street parking was nonexistent.
