Could be. But I definitely felt like they treated the infantry, well like infants.

I completely agree! And no armored suits! I might of been able to forgive the script if they had put in the suits and the orbital drops. That was so cool in the book.

Starship Troopers, the book was the granddaddy of modern military science fiction, Paul Verhoven turned it into a satire that completely destroyed the spirit of the book. Verhoven didn't even read the book. I will never forgive that.

Would liberals support an authoritarian government if it stamped out conservative thought and fixed all the unprogressive problems, religion, capitalism, climate change denial, and anti-science misinformation? Just asking?

It is amazing how quiet this post is. I guess no one wants to comment on examples of real fascism. It's so much more fun to comment on the first world fake facism in America.

No, they don't. Do must people want the people who disagree to shut up and go away. Sure, and you can always find a loud minority that makes the right noises. But the overwhelming majority of conservatives will fight a dictatorship.

So, I don't know if this is a positive step or not. And this has no effect on me whatsoever. But I am 50 years old. If I'm lucky to reach the national life expectancy, I have 25 years left. Can I opt out of all these language changes. Especially the stupid ones like this. I have been a good person in my life. Can I please just stick with field work without being call non-inclusive?
