Why? It’s my photo, and does not break any sub rules, far as I can tell. Delete yourself, son.
Edit: the piece of white is cream I’m using to treat the corner of my mouth. The skin is a bit greasy because I’d just put some on. The shape is a mildly interesting thing to me.

It’s only eczema. Perfectly normal. Annoying though. Sorry my skin isn’t perfect.
