What an unkind sentiment. The librarians there work incredibly hard with practically no resources at their disposal. Sorry our libraries are underfunded.

The best memberships you can get are Zoo and Please Touch Museum! Also Smith Memorial Playground (free but donate if you can).

I tell them that constantly 🤷🏻♀️ maybe then we could have libraries open on weekends instead of cops on fake sick leave working second jobs and living in Montco

We're in West and have a wonderful community. The city is so easily travellable, and there's so much for us to do. Lots of free resources, parks and libraries. We've made so many friends.

definitely check out the West Philly Tool Library, they have classes. Also depending on your neighborhood there are usually fb groups for homeowners in that area

I always submit a 311 ticket when this happens. I feel like it can't just be a drain clearing thing, it seems like a poor construction issue
