Decided to go to Harter House. Kinda disappointed. Not a single prime cut of beef.

Got a decent looking ribeye, but I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

Just quality in general cuts. Ribs, briskets, steaks etc..

New to Springfield, but I've used them once already. Very professional and courteous.
