FWIW - The Neo Tokyo party is at Lower Level which is a pretty cool spot, can't speak to the music but might be worth checking out - says Techno and Synthwave

I think that he's referring to a night there called Tension - was focused more on breaks and I believe it was on Wednesdays prior to Mid Week Techno and Re:set.
