I recently went to see them. Awesome. But honestly, the pictures are often times better because the exposure times can be tweaked and are more sensitive than the human eye. Don't get me wrong, the lights are beautiful, but I was also shocked how even my cell phone picked up the lights more dramatically than my eyes.

Yes. Was there a few months ago. Camera pics always looked way more vibrant because of the settings (even on cell phone cam, I'm not a photography person).
But the naked eye version was still really freaking cool. Wish there was a huge solar flare when I was visiting.
