Yes. Utilities included too. In a city where studios are now over $1000 I don’t think it’s a bad deal but if you do I guess this post isn’t for you. Sure it’s “one room” but you can enjoy living in the house as well.. enjoy the living room, enjoy the fireplace, enjoy the deck, enjoy the pool in the summer..

The ufc website has a list of bars that they’ll play the fights at. I think funky murphys and Buffalo Wild Wings in shrewbsury might be on there
