Lol have you seen how many unpaid tickets some cars have racked up over many years and still not impounded?

Ranch 99, H Mart and Great Wall supermarket often have live king crab for about $30-$40 a lb, so about $150 each. Never seen it in a restaurant here. It would be over $500 served in a restaurant so the demand likely isn't there.

That's Schneiders' website if you wanna browse before you go in. Nothing on there right now excites me too much at $100 tbh.
Alternatively, Magruder's up in Connecticut Ave in friendship heights almost always have a private bottling of Whistle Pig 10year cask strength that is around $100. If your dad is into rye that hits the spot for me.

Schneider's on capitol hill has the best whiskey selections, including independent bottlings of cadenhead scotches that you usually have to go to Scotland for.

There's some snow making weather in the next few weeks for the resorts 1.5hours away in Pennsylvania (whitetail, liberty, and round top). The conditions are likely not great with only a few runs open.
If you can drive 3hours each way, the west Virginia resorts like timberline will be much better

Costco has ducks in the freezer for a very fair price(same as Asian grocery stores), but you definitely want to avoid Costco today and tomorrow at all cost.

Everybody and their moms are looking for a cooked roast duck for Thanksgiving these days so be prepared to have to put in extra work and time to get one.
I recall one year where people waited hours for Peking gourmet inn to open so they can get their reserved roast duck and they never opened.

I saw cow testicles in the freezer at the LA mart in Alexandria (not springfield) if you want to make your own.
